One Week Later



I walked 20 miles this week from Monday to Sunday. I measured myself today as well. I'm happy to report that I lost 2.5lbs and several inches! YAY!

Starting:

Weight: 175.9

Height: 4'11
Right Arm:13.75
Left Arm: 13.25
Right Leg: 27.5
Left Leg: 27.25
Waist:45.5
Hips: 47.5
Body Fat:47 % (according to scale)




Today:


Weight: 173.2
Height: 4'11
Right Arm:12.
Left Arm: 12.5
Right Leg: 25.25
Left Leg:25.50
Waist: 42.5
Body Fat:46 % (according to scale)







Pretty exciting considering I still drank a few sodas, I pigged out yesterday and I am starting Your Shape today!

If I can do it you can do it! This week will be interesting because my mother in law is joining me on my walks. She has a bad back, so it's going to be a little different this week.
