Mid Week Update

So far this week I've burned 625 calories, walked over 8 miles, and worked out on Your Shape Kinect for 20 minutes. It's a slow process but I'm doing it. I started only eating Atkin's meals/snacks today as well as the Burn part of the Jillian Michael's Cleanse and Burn. This weight will come off. Seeing pictures of myself makes me sick to my stomach. I used to run 3 miles a day, and I was healthy. I wasn't always skinny, and I don't care about being bone thin (although it'd be nice). This is about getting healthy and getting in shape. I thought maybe I was ready for p90x until I woke up this morning as sore as I did. I didn't increase my workout that much yesterday so I know I'm still building up to it. I can do this.


Anyway, I picked up two new hobbies: couponining and photography. Gives me an excuse to save money to move and take lots of pictures of my son!
